Step 1
Remove chicken from package and place on HOT grill or skillet. Cook for 6 minutes on each side to 160 degrees internal.
Step 2
In same skillet and add 1 tablespoon of oil, if necessary and cook bell peppers and onion over medium high heat for 6-8 minutes, until somewhat softened.
Step 3
Cut Jimenez seasoned boneless, skinless chicken breast for fajita to personal preference.
Step 4
Separately warm up flour or corn tortillas on griddle or microwave. Then fill tortillas with sliced chicken fajitas, bell peppers, and onions to create taco.
Optional: top with cilantro, avocado, Cotija cheese crumbles and hot sauce.
