HOW TO COOK

Remove Jimenez Chorizo Especial from casing and break up into a frying pan. Cook on medium heat until chorizo reaches a minimum temperature of 170 degrees Fahrenheit (about 8-10 minutes). Stir with desired food such as eggs, beans, potatoes. Serve and enjoy!
*Keep refrigerated or frozen until ready to use.

HOW TO COOK

Unfold, place meat on HOT grill or skillet. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, while turning every 3 minutes to 160 degrees internal. Cut against the grain for added tenderness. Serve and enjoy!
