HOW TO ENTER

1. Create a short captivating video with you on camera showcasing your special breakfast, lunch, dinner or appetizer recipe featuring Jimenez Chorizo Especial (Jimenez Chorizo Especial in package must be included in the video).
   In the video, tell us who you are, a little bit about your dish, and what you enjoy most about Jimenez Chorizo Especial.
2. Submit your video and your original Chorizo Especial recipe to Jimenezrecipes@gmail.com by August 15, 2024. The sooner you enter the sooner your opportunity to join us to cook on set!
3. Like and Follow Us on Facebook to see if you’re the winner of our Jimenez Chorizo Especial Recipe Challenge.

Official Rules

 

1. The contest is open to entries starting March 22, 2024. All submissions must be entered no later than August 15, 2024.
2. Entries must be submitted by either: (1) email the video and recipe directly to us at JimenezRecipes@gmail.com (2) share link to the private accessible video hosted on a video sharing site such as YouTube or Vimeo. If you submit with option (2) you must be able to send an original copy of the video to Jimenez Mexican Food Products upon request by file sharing service or other acceptable means deemed appropriate by Jimenez.
3. Video must feature yourself, or a family member(s) cooking a dish featuring Jimenez Chorizo Especial. The chorizo packaging must be visible in the shoot.
4. Video submission must be between no longer than (2) minutes long.
5. If under 18, must have signed permission document from legal guardian to appear on our “In the Kitchen with Jimenez & Friends” video segment.
6. Jimenez Chorizo Especial may be purchased at H-E-B (select stores across Texas) or Kroger. (DFW & Houston)
7. A minimum of 3 winners will be chosen.
8. We reserve the right to exclude any entries that we deem invalid or inappropriate.
9. Entrants to the contest agree that Jimenez Food Products’ decision on winners is final, with no right for requests for revision or appeals.
10. There is NO LIMIT on the number of videos per person or household that are submitted so long as each features a different recipe; please have fun and submit as many different videos as you’d like.
11. There is no entry fee.
12. Video submissions must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
13. No lewd or inappropriate content.
14. Any legal disputes will be governed by TX state law, with any legal action occurring in the jurisdiction of Bexar County, Texas.
15. Entrants agree that any disputes regarding the official rules will be determined by Jimenez Food Products as they arise, at their sole discretion.
16. By entering, entrants are releasing all copyright to the submitted video and recipe and agree to appear on a cooking segment to be taped in San Antonio, Texas to showcase their recipe.
17. Winners must provide their own transportation and lodging.
18. Jimenez Food Products will own the right to reproduce, reprint, distribute, perform, display, edit, assign copyright, or exhibit the video, Jimenez video segment and winning recipe for the purpose of advertising, publicity, promotional, or any other purpose, anywhere, and at any time without restriction.
19. By entering, entrants agree to hold Jimenez Food Products, and all employees, locations, and related companies, subsidiaries, harmless against all claims and liability arising out of entry. Entrants and winners will assume all liability for any issues arising from participation in the contest or use/redemption of the prize(s).
20. Entrants agree to be bound by all official contest rules and winner determination, to include any future determinations, changes, or additions to the rules by Jimenez Food Products to clarify disputes or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Jimenez Food Products.
