The well-known Texas brand was renowned for its Mexican Food products such as cheeses, tortilla chips, pork chorizo, tortillas, salsas, and tamales. Global Food Products, Ltd. acquired Jimenez Mexican Foods in 2010. Since 2010 it has been Global’ s goal to revitalize the beloved Texas brand with Mexican retail and food service products like chorizo, marinated beef fajitas, marinated chicken fajitas and diced chicken to name a few.
